What Rep does with what you type
Messages, email and the choices you control.
Who runs Rep
BAMBOE VOF operates Rep and is responsible for your personal data. Enterprise number: 0711.718.494. VAT: BE0711.718.494. Registered address: Merendreedorp 75, 9850 Deinze, Belgium.
Why we use it
We use your email to sign you in, and your profile, messages and results to provide the coaching you request. The legal basis is providing this service, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Security and usage records help prevent abuse and keep Rep reliable, under our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). Optional visit analytics uses your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
Where it goes
Supabase stores your profile, messages, reps and pastes so you can return to them. Vercel hosts Rep. Relevant conversation history and your work are sent through OpenRouter to AI providers for coaching. Rep does not sell your content or use it to train its own model. Providers have their own retention policies; Rep does not promise zero retention or processing only within the EU. The application database is in Frankfurt. Resend stores email content and delivery records in the United States. Supabase, Vercel and Resend publish processing agreements with EU Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers. OpenRouter's provider and processing location can vary. Contact us for details about the safeguards that apply to your data.
Who sees it
Other users cannot open your private thread. The operator and service providers may access data to run Rep and investigate problems. A team sees combined practice counts and habits, without your private text. Small groups can still make individual activity recognisable. Recipes you choose to share are visible to your team. A progress card becomes public when you create its share link.
Resend delivers sign-in links, invitations and practice reminders. Reminders use the days you choose, three a week by default. Turn reminders off in Settings or through the email's unsubscribe link. Sign-in emails are sent when you request them.
Your browser and visit analytics
Rep uses a sign-in cookie lasting up to 30 days. It can temporarily keep an unsent message in your browser tab. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is off until you allow it below. It measures visits to the home and privacy pages. Sign-in, invitation, shared-card and private app pages are excluded. Visits with query strings are excluded; fragments are removed. Vercel receives visit details such as browser, device, approximate location and referrer. We store your choice in this browser. You can withdraw it here at any time.
Visit analytics is off in this browser.
Deleting everything
We keep your account and practice history until you delete your account. Normal accounts do not expire through inactivity. Settings has one button, "Delete everything". It removes your account, your thread, your reps and your pastes from the active database, along with invitations addressed to your email and your shared cards. Teams and squads you created close for their other members too. Copies already downloaded or cached by other sites cannot be recalled. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention policies. Rep also keeps restricted release backups while a rollback may be needed. These can include recently deleted data and are not used for ordinary coaching. We remove them when release validation and the rollback window close. Daily cleanup removes expired sign-in links and invitations, abuse counters older than 24 hours, and demo accounts inactive for seven days. A failed cleanup retries later that day. Delivery-job and turn-reservation records are removed after 30 days.
Your rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your data. You can request restricted processing or object where these rights apply. We respond within one month, or explain within that month if an extension is needed. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Paste with care
Rep is a coach, not a vault. Leave out names, client details and anything you would not paste into your own AI tool. Rep is free today.
